Gulfstream G200 Overview
The Gulfstream G200 is a super-midsize business jet by Gulfstream Aerospace, originally designed by Israel Aerospace Industries as the IAI Galaxy. Produced from 1999 to 2011, it was later rebranded after Gulfstream acquired Galaxy Aerospace in 2001. With typical seating for 8 to 10 passengers, a range of approximately 6,300 km (3,400 nm) and a normal cruise speed of 850 km/h (459 kt), the G200 is well suited to transcontinental business trips, regional leisure flights and charter missions requiring a wide cabin in a manageable aircraft size. Simply Jet recommends it for clients seeking strong range, cabin comfort and efficient access to regional and international routes.

It first flew on 25 December 1997 and received US and Israeli certification in December 1998, with deliveries beginning in 1999. After Gulfstream acquired Galaxy Aerospace in 2001, the aircraft was rebranded as the Gulfstream G200.
